Maidies.com is an online company that serve hassle free cleaning service. Maidies is a platform that enables the connection between individuals seeking for cleaning services and cleaning services provider to have a win-win outcome.

Who are your cleaners? Are they local or foreign cleaners?

Our cleaners are independent professional Malaysian cleaners who have undergone a thorough vetting process. We also partner with the best professional cleaning companies with staff comprising local Malaysians and expatriates from Indonesia and the Philippines.

CLEANING SERVICES

How much do your services cost?

For all available types of cleaning services: Our rates start from RM20 per hour, which depend on which package of service you enganged with a minimum 3 hours per session.

What are your available time slots?

Our cleaning services operated daily from 8am to 10pm, with the last booking far a day set at 1pm. Earlier booking is appreciated for us to serve you better.

What’s included in Maidies Residential and Commercial cleaning service?

Basic Cleaning Checklist:

Bedroom, Living Room & Common Areas

  • Dust and wipe all accessible surfaces
  • Arrange items in the room
  • Vacuum and mop all floor surfaces

Bathrooms

  • Wash the toilet, shower and sink
  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Clean all floor surfaces

Kitchen

  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Empty sink and wash dirty dishes
  • Wipe down exterior of stove, oven and fridge
  • Clean all floor surfaces

What’s included in a Spring Cleaning or others cleaning service (upon request)

CLEANING SUPPLIES

Are cleaning tools and supplies covered by Maidies?

Residential and Commercial Cleaning:
No. You are required to provide the cleaning tools and supplies.

Spring Cleaning:
Yes. We do provide the cleaning tools and supplies.

Do notes that the cleaning supplies are subject to availability and may differ by cleaning agent.

What cleaning tools and supplies should I prepare?

As Maidies does not ensure the cleaning supplies availability, it is better to prepare the cleaning tools and supplies for the cleaning session. Here is a guide of what you should prepare:

Cleaning Tools

  • Mop & Bucket
  • Broom & Dustpan / Vacuum Cleaner
  • Cloth
  • Feather Duster
  • Toilet brush
  • Ladder (if necessary)

Cleaning Supplies

  • Floor cleaner
  • Multi-purpose cleaner
  • Toilet Cleaner
  • Bleach & Zip works best for toilet floors and tiles

Can I request that the cleaner bring cleaning materials?

For Residential and Commercial cleaning: At the moment, we do not provide this service and unable to provide the materials.

For Spring Cleaning: We provide all the cleaning materials and tools.

BOOKING

When should I book?

At Maidies, we can make your cleaning simple by booking 4 hours earlier, with the last booking to be done before 3pm. However, we suggest that you book soonest possible to avoid disappointments. If you book late, there may be no available cleaners to fulfil your request.

Can I make a booking on short-notice?

Yes, you can. Maidies will attend your booking 4 hours prior to the cleaning services in need took place.

Kindly be noted, if you book on short-notice, there may be no available slots with our cleaners to fulfill your request. We suggest that you book soonest possible to avoid disappointments.

Why am I not able to book the time and date I want?

Thanks to the overwhelming support to Maidies, there may be insufficient cleaners to fulfill all cleaning request. If this is the case, please choose a different date and time.

Rest assure, we will always do the best to provide you with a cleaner at the time and date of your preference.

How do I book a regularly scheduled cleaning?

For this moment, Maidies only serve single cleaning booking; as Maidies understood the interesting lifestyle of modern living that’s always in varieties.

How do I know that my booking is successful?

After you make a booking, your request status will be ‘CONFIRMED’. This indicates your booking is a success.

What should I do after my booking? How do I know if a cleaner will be coming?

Once your booking has been accepted by us, you can just sit back and relax. Your resuest status will be CONFIRMED. You will have the cleaner within 4 hours upon the confirmed status from Maidies.

How do I cancel my booking?

For this moment, there is no cancellation of confirmed booking allowed.

How do I reschedule my booking?

For this moment, there is no rescheduling of confirmed booking allowed; Maidies is offering single booking only.

BOOKING PAYMENT

How do I make my payment?

Payment are made to the visiting cleaning agent/ cleaners upon completion of satisfactory cleaning services.

How can I request for an invoice?

Payment are made to the visiting cleaning agent/ cleaners upon completion of satisfactory cleaning services. Do request a copy of invoice from them.

SPECIAL REQUEST

How do I notify Maidies should I have special requests? (e.g Can I request for a male cleaner? Can the cleaner iron my clothes?)

For the moment, Maidies only offer standardized cleaning services. However, special request can be requested to the appointed cleaning agent (subject to mutual arrangement agreed)

CLEANING SESSION

(BEFORE)

When can I expect my home cleaner to arrive?

4 hours upon CONFIRMED cleaning services request.

While will do their best to be on time but due to traffic conditions and weather, delay might occur. No worries, your cleaning session will only start after the cleaner arrived.

What should I do if my cleaner is late?

Due to the unpredictable weather and traffic in Malaysia its hard to be exact punctual. However, we try our best to ensure that your cleaner arrives on time. In the rare case that your cleaner is late, please contact us at chloe@maidies.com. We will help to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Do I have to be at home during the cleaning?

While in Maidies, a stringent vetting process is done to ensure quality and reliable cleaning service is offered; We do recommend that you are present at the home. On top of prudence, you can also have more command for an onsite customized cleaning service and access to your home.

Can I trust my Maidies cleaner?

Yes! Maidies only works with professional cleaning companies and experienced independant cleaners. To ensure a consistent high quality cleaning service, we evaluate our cleaners progressively.

What should I do if something is damaged/missing?

We pride ourselves on the reliability of our cleaning partners and the quality of service they provide. Most all of our bookings go smoothly, but in the rare case that something goes wrong, please contact us at arnuad@maidies.com. We’ll help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

To avoid any potential hiccup, we advise you to keep your valuables safely. Please do a bag check of the cleaner before and after the cleaning session.
